The culture is the hard part

Code is hard. Getting people to care together is harder, and it is the whole game.

Everyone underestimates the culture. You can ship the protocol, prove the math, and still watch it go nowhere because no one felt invited in.

Technology decides what is possible. Culture decides what actually happens.

The work I care about lives in that gap. It is unglamorous. It is mostly showing up, making the room warm, and remembering names.

TODO(Kyle): expand with a real story from Bitcoin Culture Hub.

The story is still being written
